No, generally you will not need Planning Permission for our Wo-Man Caves as they fall within permitted development. However, we will be able to provide you with the advice you need if we think your circumstances may require Planning consent.

Yes, we build garden rooms with plumbing, electricity and heating. Our Wo-man Caves are comfortable to be in all year round, the perfect extension to your home which makes the most of your garden.

Our bespoke garden rooms are fully insulated with double glazed windows and doors. This makes them incredibly efficient. If required, we can also fit solar pannels, rain water collection systems and striking remote-controlled coloured LED lighting, for an extra tick in the box.

Yes of course! Your garden room is custom built for you, we'll even work out where's the best place to store your logs!
